Your responsibilities

You will work in an exciting, international environment and make a personal contribution to the company’s success. You can expect challenging tasks and projects, such as:

  • Drive the global spare parts business by leveraging in-depth reporting to track and enhance performance across all countries, channels, and products
  • Steer strategic decisions by conducting market analysis,gathering consumer insights & benchmarking against competition & present to senior management
  • Actively combat the alternative parts market by escalating legal violations and executing protective follow-up measures
  • Govern the management and enrichment of master data, ensuring stakeholder alignment to maintain data accuracy and streamline operations
  • Direct the annual global marketing planning process for spare parts with stakeholders, defining and implementing marketing measures based on the 7 Ps

Your profile

  • University degree in business administration with a focus on marketing, technical engineering or similar
  • Pronounced analytical, conceptual skills and expert skills in data-driven analysis (Analysis for Office, Power BI, SALA, SPA, SMA, Censhare etc.)
  • Proven expertise in stakeholder management,featuring outstanding skills in communicating & presenting complex topics effectively to senior management
  • Full professional fluency in English and German, enabling effective communication and collaboration across diverse international teams
