Senior Innovation Manager (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities

You will work in an exciting, international environment and make a personal contribution to the company’s success. Challenging tasks and projects await you, such as:

• Lead and support strategic and operational projects to boost future business across functions and regions
• Support the Board of Management and top management to drive innovation worldwide
• Develop, harmonize and govern global innovation processes and decision forums
• Own and develop tools, standards and best practices further and act as coach in the innovation process, e. g. via AI
• Implement and maintain innovation tools, methods, KPI and supporting IT systems across the company

Your profile

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, IT, Engineering or comparable with relevant experience in innovation management
• Deep expertise in innovation management and process development, Design Thinking, UX as well as AI applications
• Independent, high‑ownership attitude with experience in project management
• Strong stakeholder and change management plus coaching & consulting skills
• Fluent English skills are mandatory, German is a plus
