TEAM

As we continue to grow and innovate, strong financial operations are essential to sustaining our momentum. As VP Finance, you will build and run a finance organization that enables the company to scale from late-stage growth to global operational excellence. You ensure financial stability, support international expansion, enable reliability in planning and reporting, and prepare the company for capital markets and long-term investor scrutiny. You will act as a trusted partner to the CEO, CRO, COO, and Product leadership by driving clarity, transparency, and accountability across the company.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Finance Leadership:

• You build financial strategies aligned with growth, capital needs, and long-term competitiveness.
• You anticipate financial risks before they become business issues.
• You build and lead a high-performing finance team with clear roles, measurable goals, and strong execution standards.

FP&A and Controlling:

• You are responsible for setting up a complete, audit-ready financial infrastructure (budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, cost control, risk management).
• You ensure a monthly and quarterly reporting cadence that provides the Senior Leadership Team with actionable insights.

Investor relations:

• You ensure a due-diligence-ready financial environment at all times.
• You narrate a compelling and defensible financial story for current and future investors.

Internationalization and Global Operating Model:

• You craft cost models for new markets and verticals, supporting GTM decisions with precise financial implications.
• You design and implement processes for inter-company transactions, transfer pricing, and local statutory requirements.
• You are responsible for a scalable global accounting, tax, payroll, and compliance setup covering current and planned markets.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a proven ability of building and leading scalable and highly functional finance organizations (teams, systems and processes), ideally in a scale-up environment.
• You have experience managing complex due diligence processes while keeping internal operations stable.
• You have supported business growth up to Series B/C, with a proven ability to create confidence in investors through transparency, consistency, and mastery of the numbers.
• You ideally bring experience with M&A and global operations.
• You are fluent in both German and English.
