OVERVIEW
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives, organisational structure, and talent needs.
- Serve as a strategic partner, providing expert advice on all People-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, remote employment, and total rewards.
- Partner with business leaders to identify and address organizational development needs, including workforce planning, succession planning, and change management initiatives.
- Partner with our talent acquisition and people operations team members to ensure that new joiners are properly onboarded and that we have highly professional employee development and retention strategies in place.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on performance management, drawing on best practices and frameworks.
- Collaborate with the People team to design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills, capabilities, and leadership competencies.
- Advise the People team on how to implement competitive and fair compensation structures and benefits programs.
- Proactively monitor People metrics to identify internal trends, highlight areas for improvement, and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance organizational performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, employment laws, and best practices in HR, ensuring compliance and implementing innovative approaches to enhance HR processes and practices.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration, trust, and credibility across the organisation.
YOUR PROFILE
- Ideally 7+ years of People/HR experience, with a focus on People/HR business partnering and organisational development.
- Experience partnering with multi-layered leadership on talent and people strategies, preferably within a geo-spread organisation.
- Excellent knowledge of HR principles, best practices, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance management and career development.
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing People/HR projects and initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex HR concepts and policies in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar) is a plus.
- Experience in high-growth industries is preferred.
- Experience in the technology or software industry is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
