OVERVIEW
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Process Optimization:
- Analyze and refine the end-to-end sales process to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and implement best practices to improve sales productivity.
Technology Integration:
- Oversee the integration, implementation, and maintenance of sales and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Marketing automation).
- Collaborate with IT to ensure seamless data flow, data integrity, and user adoption.
Sales Enablement:
- Develop and implement training programs and methodologies to empower the sales team in tools and processes.
Commercialization:
- Provide guidance on sales strategies, pricing models, and product positioning.
Account Planning & Budgeting:
- Work closely with the sales and account management teams to develop strategic account plans for key customers that are aligned with company objectives, ensuring growth and retention strategies are in place.
- Drive the budgeting process, collaborating with finance and sales teams to create comprehensive budgets.
- Monitor and manage budget adherence, providing insights into resource allocation and cost control.
Customer Lifecycle Management:
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to enhance the customer journey.
- Implement strategies to increase customer retention and upsell opportunities.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (Master preferred).
- Experience in sales operations / revenue operations, or a similar role within a technology startup or fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
- Expertise in sales processes, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and marketing automation tools.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align revenue operations with overall business goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments and levels of the organization.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on revenue growth and operational excellence.
