Performance: 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and establish clear KPIs and OKRs that align with Aleph Alphas’ goals.
• Ensure that KPIs and OKRs are tracked, measured, and communicated effectively to drive performance and accountability.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to gather insights from sales, marketing, and financial data.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing revenue strategies.

Forecasting and Budgeting: 

• Establish regular FC meetings where sales, marketing, and finance teams come together to review and discuss revenue forecasts.
• Ensure accurate and data-driven forecasting to support decision-making.

Account Planning & Budgeting: 

• Work closely with the sales and account management teams to develop strategic account plans for key customers that are aligned with company objectives, ensuring growth and retention strategies are in place.
• Drive the budgeting process, collaborating with finance and sales teams to create comprehensive budgets.
• Monitor and manage budget adherence, providing insights into resource allocation and cost control.

Technology Integration & Enablement:

• Oversee the integration, implementation, and roll-out of e.g. CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
• Collaborate with IT to ensure seamless data flow, data integrity, and user adoption.
• Develop and roll out training programs and methodologies to empower affected users.

Commercialization:

• Design and create pricing models that align with the AA’s goals, product offerings, and target markets.
• Monitor and adjust pricing in response to market changes, demand shifts, and competitive pressures.
• Utilize data analytics and market research to build data-driven pricing models.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (Master preferred).
• Experience in finance operations/ revenue operations, or a similar role within a technology startup or fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
• Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align revenue operations with overall business goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments and levels of the organization.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on revenue growth and operational excellence.
