As Master Data Manager & Business Tools (f/m/d), you will join our friendly, international, and diverse team in either our Berlin or Hertogenbosch office. Join us on our journey towards sustainability and take the first step towards an exciting new opportunity!
Responsibilities:
- Lead master data operations within the HRT division, ensuring efficient data workflows, high data quality & management
- Be responsible for selected HRT master data domains (Customer and others e.g.: Supplier, Material …)
- Working in a multi-matrix organisation, you will implement open collaboration between the division, region and countries and central functions
- Be the HRT division CRM tool owner, responsible for coordinating CRM activities, project portfolio and deliverables
- Develop, document, and optimize HRT CRM processes for master data quality, governance and operational excellence.
- Identify and monitor the customer master data quality issues in CRM and ensuring the region and countries data experts implement the right remediation plan.
- Collaborate with the global master data organisation and cross-functional teams to align master data domains’ roadmaps with business needs and priorities.
- Ensure compliance with the global master data governance policies and data privacy regulations.
- Manage the CRM features backlog ensuring alignment with business needs and technical limitations.
- Collaborate as a technical expert on various projects, e.g. S/4HANA and other business tools.
- Develop a team of data stewards and analysts to ensure efficient data operations across the business units.
- Oversee project timelines and ensure successful delivery of master data-related projects.
- Foster a positive team culture focused on continuous improvement and high-quality output.
Your profile and qualifications:
Your Profile & Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in a Master Data Management position with strong experience with master data governance, quality, and management principles.
- Expertise in SAP C4C module and familiarity with SAP MDG modules for master data governance and management.
- Ideally a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to guide and lead senior management stakeholders on technical expertise and best practices, fostering a data-driven culture.
- Strong methodological and technical understanding and an analytical approach to problem solving
- Ability to work effectively in a team, curiosity and enthusiasm
- Experience with visualisation of large amounts of data (e.g. SAP Analytics Cloud, PowerBI, further data visualisation tools.)
- A good understanding of the latest trends in AI & Data analytics technologies.
- Act as lead in project & change management
- English (working proficient)
