OVERVIEW

As part of our growing, we are now looking for an FP&A and Accounting Manager (m/f/d) who will be responsible for maintaining and controlling all accounting activities within Aleph Alpha. In particular accounts payable and accounts receivable, as well as being responsible for P+L. This role reports directly into the Head of Finance & Controlling.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You are responsible for month-end closing activities and reporting.
- You will drive improvements (e.g. data quality, transparency) related to statutory reporting and translation into our management reporting.
- You develop and manage the annual budget and rolling forecasts jointly with the Finance team.
- You analyze and report on financial performance, prepare trends and variance analyses.
- You manage and optimize AR and AP processes.
- You support external service providers and internal functions.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a degree in or related to Finance/Accounting.
- You have at least 3+ years experience in accounting, auditing or tax advisory.
- You are flexible and able to cover a broad range of finance tasks.
- You have advanced Excel skills.
- You got GAAP and tax knowledge.
- You are diligent, detail oriented and able to work autonomous.
- You are fluent in English and good level of German
