OVERVIEW
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute comprehensive field marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define target markets, customer personas, and value propositions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email marketing, events, and PR.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop sales enablement tools and ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and technology to ensure our marketing strategies are innovative and effective.
- Monitor and report on key marketing metrics and KPIs to track performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B technology marketing, preferably in the AI or software industry.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and best practices, with a focus on lead generation and demand creation.
- Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Proficient in digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and presentations.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive marketing decisions and optimizations.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
