Ihre Verantwortungsbereiche und Aufgaben

• Evaluate current feeding strategies and identify areas for improvement and establish best practices for feed management, ensuring compliance with industry standards
• Analyze laboratory test results to verify feed quality and ingredient integrity and conduct field evaluations to assess the effectiveness of feeding programs and make necessary adjustments
• Develop customized feeding routines based on regional needs, including feed availability and local practices in collaboration with nutritionists
• Provide training and resources to sales organizations on effective feeding techniques and practices.
• Analyze the relationship between automatic feeding systems and animal behavior, ensuring technology enhances animal welfare.
• Prepare detailed reports and engaging presentations

Ihr Profil und Ihre Qualifikationen

• University degree in Animal Nutrition, Agricultural Science or a related field
• Previous experience in livestock nutrition, automatic feeding systems, or agricultural technology
• Familiarity with beef and dairy cattle management is preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and laboratory results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and training
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in using software for data analysis and reporting
• English is mandatory both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. German language is an advantage
