Market Development Manager (f/m/d)
Your tasks
- Systematic new customer acquisition and development of new international regenerative thermal oxidation markets as well as network development to RTO manufacturers
- Exchange and initiate collaboration with internal expertise
- Analyses of customers production processes to develop simulation of RTO in cooperation with engineering companies
- Work closely with potential customers and R&D management to identify future core and innovative growth opportunities, best optimize brand positioning to support SG-Ceramic Materials’ segment of environmental products
- Creating cost-benefit analyses for customers production processes
- Co-ordination with manufacturing plant
- Implementation of sales-excellence program for the market
Your Profile
- Prefered Graduate engineer (technical university, university of applied sciences), or experienced technical salesman, specializing in chemical engineering, material elements – or technical qualification
- Preferably experience in the field of sales & market development within RTO- or environmental markets
- Good command of both written and spoken English, good knowledge of German is desirable
- Willingness to travel (up to 50%)
- Strong results orientation – proactive – willing to take initiative and lead projects
- Professional, customer-oriented attitude
