Manager Business Development, M&A (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

Shape BSH’s future in our Corporate Strategy team! This role focuses on strategic evolution, not constant deal-making. You’ll develop new business models, build partnerships, and support our strategy with direct exposure to top management.

• Supporting the BSH’s Corporate Strategy team in M&A & partnership activities with strong exposure to Board of Management
• Taking responsibility for critical workstreams on deals, independently managing execution while anticipating issues and ensuring flawless delivery
• Preparing financial models, valuation approaches and conducting other data based quantitative analyses
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, demonstrating commercial judgment and the ability to think beyond execution
• Act as a strategic challenger in value creation projects and advise internal teams on the implementation of key initiatives

Your profile

• University degree complemented by initial, high-quality professional experience (e.g., 1-3 years) in Investment Banking, M&A and business development
• Deep knowledge of M&A Lifecycle to independently manage end-to-end processes, and passion for developing long-term business concepts
• Strong financial modeling and valuation capabilities with a talent for translating complex data into clear, solution-oriented recommendations
• Self-starter with excellent stakeholder management skills who drives topics forward with confidence and communicates effectively at all levels
• Business fluency in both German and English
